The song says the world doesn’t need another mountain. It has enough.
I wonder if the world also has enough blogs?
It probably does. But here’s another one.
And the world has never gotten a blog from me before. This is the first one.

In future blogs, I will be sharing stories with you about how God works in the world. And I will be telling you that GOD DOES WORK!

I spoke in a church some years ago about the experience of God and the work God does in our lives. After the service, I stood at the door of the church with the church’s pastor to greet people as they exited. A woman came up to me all excited.

“That was so wonderful,” she said. “Before your sermon today, I never knew that God did anything.”

That sounds funny to us, but the truth is, most people have very little idea of the extent to which God is willing to intervene in our lives. And most people have no idea how clearly God can make himself known to us and how specifically God can inform us.

Expect some interesting stories in this spot.

And as you begin the day tomorrow, ask the question, “I wonder what God will do in my life today?”
I can promise you-God will be working–with you–in you–and through you.
